The place

Lake Kremaston spreads like a fjord below Mount Panaitoliko. Born from the Acheloos dam, it is now the country's largest artificial lake — sheltered water, perfect for kayaking (sit-on-top).
Four rivers
The Acheloos, Agrafiotis, Tavropos and Trikeriotis all end here.
Sheltered, calm water
The lake's inlets shelter you from the wind — friendly for beginners too.
Wild nature
Herons, otters and plane-tree slopes make up the Panaitoliko landscape.

"Synodoiporoi" is a Social Cooperative Enterprise organising kayak tours on Lake Kremaston, from the Aitoloakarnania side. Our aim: to bring people close to the water and to our place.
